Texas Justice is a Fire/Devices Blaster in City of Heroes. His powers are Technology based and he relies a lot on his gadgets, especially his Targeting Drone that improves his accuracy. He prefers fighting from range and is generally hovering off the ground. References of him hovering with the Targeting Drone can be found in my DA Gallery both with his hands aflame from power activation and not aflame.
Texas Justice is in his early 40s but still in very good physical shape. He does not have a muscular frame, but a lithe wiry build instead.
He has red hair, beard and mustache and always wears a white cowboy hat with a black hatband. He has a mask that covers most of his face aside from the facial hair and always wears blue shades that are colored to blend into his mask with lenses that are very reflective but not mirrored. The light reflects from the shades heavily, making it look as if his shades are sparkling. Reference headshots are available in my DA gallery to show the hat, hair, mask and shades both with and without the heavy sparkles reflecting on the shades.
He wears a cape with an asymmetrical mantle held in place with a silver/white star brooch on the right side. The brooch and parts of the mantle can be seen in my DA Gallery reference shots. The cape has the same flame motif as his tights do above the gloves and above the boots. The Star emblem on his chest has clear panels in places so that the color of the tights shows through in some areas. The background circles are red and the remainder of the star is white. The panels of the star do not completely alternate between white and clear, but instead the lower left panels are both clear as can be seen in my Gallery. The colors of the costume are the based on the colors of the Texas flag, with RGB values of 191, 10, 48 for Red and 0, 40, 104 for Blue. His belt is white and segmented with a gold round buckle.
His gloves and boots are red with 3 black bands with buckles over a black stretch panel on the outer side. Front, back, left profile and right profile references are in my DA gallery.
If you are looking for more reference shots, just let me know and I'll do what I can.
Since I'm fairly new to collecting art and getting work commissioned, I'm still in the learning stage of negotiations with artists and providing references. I've tried to cover just about everything I can think of but please just let me know if there's any other information or reference needed.

Thanks for the
And watch the language, TA!.
As for TA's language, well, I'm not sure how he calls me B!tch when he's the one that got poked. Repeatedly.

A very wise man said the following about City of Heroes: If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
